After digitizing / scanning we will send back files in format RS 274X extended gerber to you

you may take your choice how to transfer shaved pads and how to transfer pads which are not round and not square. There are the following options:

• Shave Pads to be "Pad plus negative vector" or painted with lot of little vectors
• copper areas with embedded tracks you may get as one big copper area with negative elements in between which are overlayed again by positive tracks,... or alternatively all to be paint with a lot of positive vectors
• Octagons or squares with round edges you may get as special apertures built by the gerber-macro-language or simplified by several of the gerber standard apertures round / square
